Apple picking season: February to May

No matter what type of apple you prefer, at Naturipe Fruits in Bacchus Marsh, our pick-your-own apples experience offers a whole range of both red and green varieties. Whether you like your apples crisp and tart, or soft and juicy, choose from:

• Royal Gala
• Golden Delicious
• Early Fuji
• Late Fuji
• Pink Lady
• Granny Smith.

Nothing beats the fresh burst of flavour offered by fruit picked straight from our apple orchard. Our apples are only available when they are ready to eat direct from the tree – crunchy, firm and delicious. We do not store or wax fruit at our apple farm.

With more than 70 years’ and four generations of experience, we choose to grow our apples on Tatura trellis. This modern technique allows for over 3,000 trees per hectare, and makes picking apples a family-friendly activity easy for children to enjoy.

Apple picking tips

Grab the apple firmly and twist to remove from the tree. Sometime you will need to pick two apples at once, depending on where they hang on the tree.
