Bacchus Marsh Strawberries and Cherries Weekend 2015

We’re painting the town red, and shades of pink and purple, in preparation for the Bacchus Marsh Strawberries and Cherries Weekend. Held November 21 – 22, the event celebrates the start of cherry and strawberry picking season, and the whole town loves to get involved!

Naturipe Fruits was proud to hold the media launch at our farm, showcasing some of the amazing local produce from our own strawberry farm, as well as neighbouring wineries and cafes.

The Strawberries and Cherries Weekend is one of the premier events in Bacchus Marsh. The streets are lined with market stalls, featuring arts, crafts and local delicacies on show. Spend the day strawberry picking at our farm, and take part in the famous cherry pip-spitting competition.

Take home a huge range of special strawberry- and cherry-themed foods, including Naturipe Fruits’ gourmet strawberry jam, sauce and vinegar, exclusive to our farm. Our strawberry fields are planted and waiting to be picked, and we’re more than ready to reap the rewards of succulent and juicy strawberries!

It’s a perfect opportunity for a day out for the whole family, with lots on show for kids and parents alike to enjoy. If you’ve got relatives or friends visiting, they’ll love the unique taste of Bacchus Marsh fun.
